Dear ƵCommunity:

The warmer weather of spring is quickly approaching, and with it the end of another incredible academic year. This is an exciting time for our community with numerous opportunities to celebrate the accomplishments of our students and graduates.

These accomplishments and the potential of our students are furthered by the generosity of Saint Xavier’s alumni and donors. I thank all of you for helping us conduct yet another successful We Are ƵDay this year.

Your sustained support allows us to grow our capacity and enhance our educational mission. Please enjoy the articles below outlining our campus community’s continued tradition of excellence.

Ayat Musa with her book Lulu's Ramadan Goals

Ƶearly childhood education student Ayat Musa has published her first book, "Lulu's Ramadan Goals," which follows main character Lulu as she sets goals for herself in preparation for the holy month of Ramadan. Read more.


ƵAlum Receives 50-Year Federal Service Award

Garret Eisin with Award

Ƶalum Garret Eisin '74 has recently received the 50-Year Federal Service Award for his career accomplishments, followed by a congratulatory letter from President Joe Biden. Eisin is forever grateful for the education he received from Saint Xavier University, which helped in setting his nursing career in motion. Read more.


ƵProfessor Ranked No. 27 in the World for Best Mathematics Scientist

Ƶ mathematics professor Abdul-Majid Wazwaz has been ranked No. 27 in the world for "Best Mathematics Scientist" by Research.com. Wazwaz has over 700 published articles and his h-index, the metric for evaluating the cumulative impact of an author's scholarly output and performance, is 82. Read more.


SXU's MSN Program Ranked No. 5 for "Best Online Graduate Nursing Programs" by U.S. News & World Report

SXU's Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program has been ranked No. 5 out of over 200 universities across the United States for "Best Online Graduate Nursing Program" by U.S. News & World Report.
